Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly refund your purchase. Simply follow the return instruction included with your order and call us Toll Free to obtain an RA#.  You may return it within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund or replacement. To receive full credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging.  Items which have been worn or washed will not be refunded,

• How do I return or exchange a product?

It's easy to return an item for an exchange or refund. Contact us to obtain a RA# (Return Authorization Number) .Indicate the reason for your return on the 'Return & Exchange' form included with each order. Items that have been worn or washed are non-refundable. Items will be inspected prior to acceptance. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.  Please repack your order, enclose the packing slip, secure the package and mail to:

	Machine Wash, Warm - Initial water temperature should not exceed 40C or 105F
	Do Not Bleach - No bleach product may be used. The garment is not colorfast or structurally able to withstand any bleach.
	Dry Flat - Lay out horizontally for drying
	Iron, Low - Regular ironing, steam or dry, may be performed at Low setting (110C, 230F) only.

• What are the Sand Colors?

This unique SANDWASHED PROCESS produces garments intended to fade and become more comfortable with wear.  There will be slight colour variations especially in the seam and trim.  However, this is what makes each garment unique and different.
