Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly refund your purchase within 30 days of the invoice date.

If you did not create an account and checked out as guest, skip to MAILING INSTRUCTIONS. If an account was created, login to your account https://justsweatshirts.com/login.php Your order(s) will be listed. Select “Return Item(s)” on the right side of the screen. The next page will list all items of your order. Select from the drop-down menu the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions below.

MAILING INSTRUCTIONS:

Mail your unworn merchandise, in its original packaging (tags and labels must be attached) along with your Packing Slip, Sales Receipt or Order Confirmation email, to:

To receive full credit, all items must be in “new” condition (all tags and labels must be attached). Items marked “Final Sale”, “Final Markdown” or “Clearance” are non-returnable. All Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items which have been worn, washed or damaged will not be refunded. Please note: items ordered with any FREE SHIPPING offer will be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge on returned items only.

We do not offer direct exchanges. The most cost effective and fastest way to ensure you receive the items you want is to return your order by mail for a refund and place a new order online for another style or size.

Upon request, a pre-paid UPS shipping label can be emailed to you. The cost of this return shipping will automatically be deducted from your refund amount.
